Core advises UK clients of new legislative obligations for PayrollDue to changes in legislative requirement, from the 6 April 2013 employers in the UK are required to report real time PAYE information to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC). This requirement is sometimes referred to as Real Time Information (RTI). In practical terms, this new legislation requires employers to send details to HMRC each time an employee is paid. Core has developed a solution to help our clients comply with this quite complex regulation. If you would like to find out more about Core’s RTI solution, contact Joan Robinson at This email address is being protected from spambots. From quarter one of 2008, all organisations will be required to complete and file detailed reports on their employees working hours, salaries, employer's social contributions and other non-wage related costs. These reports will have to be completed on a quarterly basis and will be mandatory for all organisations on an ongoing basis. CoreCSO allows your HR or Payroll department to complete and file reports quickly, accurately and efficiently. The advantages of incorporating CoreCSO to your existing CoreHR suite are extensive.
CoreRoster allows you to simply and easily optimise your organisation's most valuable asset – your employees. Staff information is available in real time as and when supervisors need it, enabling them to effectively minimise unnecessary overtime and react to staffing and HR issues before they can drain your resources and erode your profit margins.
