Business Development Representative
To support ongoing growth, CoreHR are seeking to recruit a strong, results orientated Business Development Executive. This role is based in our Dublin, Citywest Office. This role requires a person with an ambition for success combined with drive and energy to join the Business Development team. Experience of outbound prospecting in order to build a pipeline is critical; as is experience in combining prospecting, inside sales and marketing efforts to best influence and inform the marketplace.
QA Automation Engineer
The QA Automation Engineer should be familiar with testing principles and processes (including Agile) and will ideally have a strong technical background with experience in testing and test automation and/or software development. The ideal candidate is expected to plan, design, and review test specifications to ensure full coverage based on functional and requirement specifications for a given task working in an agile, dynamic, creative and demanding environment. He/she must have the skills and experience necessary to design, implement and maintain libraries and automated test suites.

This will entail working with the Product teams to build messaging, content and stories around Core HR’s product suite and building a strong a differentiated position within the market. As we are heading on a new journey with a more innovative approach, we need an expert product marketer to both illustrate the value of the current offering to existing customers – and also be a part of the new journey of disruptive innovation. The Head of Product Marketing will then enable Core HR’s Global GTM with the messages that enables them to drive higher win percentages and sell customers the future vision of the company. The role can be based in England, Dublin, or at the Corporate Headquarters in Cork – with travel as required.

This role based out of the new Chiswick Park Office carries responsibility for driving new business revenue across a specific territory in the UK & Ireland The Enterprise Sales Manager position is an individual contributor role.
Senior PMO Analyst
The role of Senior Project Management Office Analyst is to support the PMO activities including: tracking the status of project deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables; programme level risk and issue co-ordination; monitoring the status of projects; Project billing and Revenue Recognition, PS resource planning, coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting cycles; co-ordination of project Governance arrangements, Post Project Reviews, Programme level workshops.

The role of Head of Upgrade Services involves the management of the Upgrade Services function. The role involves management & governance of all assigned SaaS Migrations and SaaS updates (delivery, commercials, quality, and performance of the team) to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery to a high Customer satisfaction level. This role reports to the Director of Professional Services. This role is based in Cork.
The role of programme manager involves the management of our Project Managers, pro-gramme of works and the governance of the project activities; with a focus ensuring that the projects go-live in a timely fashion. This role involves ownership of the programmes – delivery, commercials, quality, and performance of the team.

The role requires the consultant to identify, define and implement new process improvements to the CoreHR upgrade methodology.
Junior Account Manager
As Junior Sales Account Manager (office based) you will be responsible for developing strong relationships across our established customer base. You will be the first point of contact for our small and medium customers with a focus on account retention and contract renewals, the balance of your time will be aligned to expanding our product footprint. You will have experience of selling SaaS solutions and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Success, Operations, Upgrades, Support, Contracts and Product Development departments).
