Chief Executive Officer
Dean is CEO and member of the Board of CoreHR. He is responsible for continuing our exciting strategy of growth and market disruption.
Chief Financial Officer
Paul leads our Legal, Commercial and Corporate IT teams. He has a successful track record as CFO for private equity backed and UK listed international technology companies. He played a key role in transforming Thomson Online Benefits into a Global SaaS company, completing a secondary buyout with ABRY Partners and then a successful sale to Mercer in December 2016.
Chief Technology Officer
David leads our Technology team and is focused on developing innovation and disruptive SaaS solutions. He is responsible for creating our long-term technology vision and oversees all aspects of our product evolution – from design through to release.
Chief HR Officer
Sharon leads our award-winning HR team and is focused on the development and growth of our people. Guided by Sharon’s vast experience, we are accelerating our transformation through knowledge and organisational development. At the forefront of her commitments is evolving employee engagement.

Kev is responsible for ensuring all our customers maximise their investment in the CoreHR solution. His extensive experience of setting up and building Customer Success teams in SaaS companies ensures CoreHR delivers a best in class customer journey and experience.
