– novel cookery ideas penned by CoreHR’s very own employees.

CoreHR, the Cork-headquartered award-winning provider of smarter HR technology solutions, is launching a new cookbook to raise funds for Simon Communities across Ireland. With the foreword written by locally-based celebrity chef, Rachel Allen, ‘Our Recipe Collection’ is an exciting assortment of fresh and original recipe ideas from CoreHR’s very own employees. It’s hoped sales of the cookbook will provide up to €10,000 to help the charity tackle the root causes of homelessness in Ireland.

“With delicious meals and treats such as ‘Go to Chilli’ and ‘Chicken Biryani’, all the contributions to the cookbook reflect our company’s very diverse range of cultural backgrounds and culinary diversities” said Gretta Quilter, a member of the culture and values team at CoreHR. “Everyone at the company has been so enthusiastic in collecting recipes and participating in the launch. We’re extremely thankful to Rachel Allen for her support, as well as CoolGrey, a local creative agency, who helped us with the book’s engaging design. I’m so proud of our team’s achievement, and we all look forward to raising much needed funds to support Simon Communities across Ireland, a charity very close to our hearts at CoreHR.”

Jennifer Kitson on behalf of the Simon Community said:

“On behalf of the Simon Communities across Ireland and the people who rely on our services we would like to thank Core HR and everyone involved for their support. As we continue to see more people coming to us for help, we rely heavily on the generosity of the public and the corporate sector. The funds raised from this cookbook will help provide a wide range of services to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across the country.”
