Self-service portals to view own data and submit and accept leave requests has been our first foray into the world of Ted’s Vault, next is Mobile then pay and on-line payslips before we embark on our UK retail population and rostering!
Following on from this our roll-out plan is to then move across the pond to North America, then onto Europe and APAC. We have an exciting road ahead and by adopting a considered and controlled approach we trust that this business transformation project will deliver a ‘No Ordinary’ people data tool with insightful, real time analytics to help inform, manage and plan for future people initiatives as well as enhance the team member experience.
