Butterworth is a senior business executive with over 24 years’ experience in the technology, telecommunications and investment banking sectors, including 13 years’ experience at MD and CEO level. As MD of Access People, he will lead the Access Group’s human resources, payroll, learning & development and compliance teams and solutions. Butterworth’s role will include further integration of recent company acquisitions into the Access People business for the benefit of customers, partners and employees.
